FREE TIME ACTIVITIES AND ITS BENEFITS
DAY 1
I've just joined "La raqueta", a padle and tennis club, you can learn here to play padle or tennis, here the people are very kind and sympathetic, but sometimes they're very competitive and personally I don't like it. I've chosen padle because is more dynamic.
I spent the first class with 2 boys older than me; I got fun and I learnt a lot,, the teacher is still giving me lessons.
DAY 2
Four times a week there are "pulls", competions between other people that you don't know and with differents levels, the first time tha i got part in one I was scared because all the people were older than me but after the first match I relaxed myself, I didn't win but I got the third price.
I was improving since the first match and I dream play against my teacher and beat him.
DAY 3
One day I was drinking a soft drink with my friends before playing a match and suddenly a man sat down in our table this man was Carlos Daniel Gutiérrez the winner of the world padle tour in Portugal, my friends I were dreaming at that moment, we of course took a photo with he and he was watching our match , at the end he said us that we need more technique, that was amazing for me.
Padle is a very good for your heart, legs and arms because you're always using it, in my opinion padle must be more recognise instead of football for example.
